Veronika is a small hostel run by a very lovely family: needless to say, you automatically feel at home there! The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms as well. Fiz uma reserva diretamente com o hotel por telemóvel e enviamso um sms com tudo direitinho onde nos confirmaram e disseram que estava reservado ligamos varias vezes depois a pedir um comprovativo de reserva ou algum papel e disseram que não era preciso, 2 dias antes de irmos ligamos mais uma vez a confirmar fomos atendidos pela mesma pessoa que a uma semana atras tinha reservado e disse que não tínhamos reserva, depois de confrontado com a mensagem que enviamos onde o mesmo tinha reservado, este disse que alguem tinha reservado no booking e tem que aceitar automaticamente e que então nao dava para ficarmos lá só num quarto com wc partilhada. Foi ao booking e deparo-me com disponibilidade para o quarto pretendido na data pretendida. Mas com esta confusão toda nem vou alugar mais lá não va tarem a deixar as pessoas alugarem e nem quartos tem para as mesmas. UMA...
