Braancamp Sublime hostel — Hotel in Lisbon

The intentions of this hostel might be good but even for it's price the quality is quite poor. I have experienced quite a lot here. One bathroom, for so much people, it does not even close so you have to guess whether someone is inside. Shower room does not fit two people. My stuff was moved to another room without notifying me, some of it was missing as it appeared later. Wouldn't even bothered to ask as I was having dinner in the citchen. Save yourself the experience and don’t stay at this hostel, it’s not worth the cheap price. Not clean at all, the communal bathroom door doesn’t even close so you can’t lock it. No blankets for the bed, tight cramped space, serious lack of any security or safety. No locked doors at all, just a buzzer at the front door which anyone could get in. Sheets on my bed weren’t clean, staff wasn’t very welcoming or friendly. I made a booking online which they lost the day of my booking it and checking in. Took like 10 minutes to check in. I booked in advance, made a mistake with the number of days, called them immediately but they only refunded me 50%. We arrived and the room was dirty. It was full of black hairs, the sheets looked used and there was so much noise coming in from outside that I thought the bus was going to run me over during the night.
