Hello Lisbon Baixa Ouro Collection Apartments — Hotel in Lisbon

I stayed on apartment 5K and 3K with my family group of 8, composed by four adults, a two year old infant and three +65 years grandad/moms. On Rua do Crucifixo 6 between 23rd to 27th April of 2024.

We agree that Lisbon is the most beautiful city we have visited and felt the safest on the streets.

On Friday 26th our trip money was stolen from different rooms while we were outside. No signs of forced entry. We always double-checked the door since there is no active way to secure it but to just close it (its a security door).

The part that bothered me the most is that the host An She did less than nothing to care about the incident inside her own property.

After we told the host the replies in order were: -it has nothing to do with me, call the police -(after refusing to provide basic information)i can say that what happened is not true -i wont say anything more about the situation -the building has cameras (insistently. Not that i could even access them)

Building workers told us the camera at the entrance is a toy camera.

To put a cherry on top, i got a negative review on airbnb (one apartment booked this way, other one privetely) as if i had done something wrong.

Security is extremely terrible !!! I kept my suitcase locked before I stepped out of my room, but when I returned I found my suitcase was broken open and my entire wallet, money and personal belongings were stolen. I contacted the host immediately ; however, there was no one available to help me out. No one from the hotel tried to show any effort in resolving the problem nor report burglary to the police. There are no closed-circuit cameras in the apartments No reception, also the staff who related to apartment management was not in there. Their system of providing room password is extremely unsafe and not secure at all. There are no keys or room cards. Room passwords are only given by guest e-mail. I never found my wallet and belongings. The apartment host was irresponsible and they only make excuses and changed the words. The attached picture is my...

NOT SAFE!!! Our belongings were stolen while sightseeing during the day. Do not recommend at all!! Unless you dont care if you loose all your money. There is no safe box and no cameras in the building. So they claim that they’ve got nothing to do with the situation. The chinese host “AN SHE” didn’t even bother to appear. And responses...
