Liberty Hostel Lisbon — Hotel in Lisbon

False Advertising online about Air Conditioning!!! Websites show AC in general for the whole hostel but that is false. Only certain rooms have AC and you are forced to pay extra for it! Lady at counter refused to honor website wording and rooms with no AC were too hot to accept. Otherwise very nice place with nice sized rooms, clean and quiet. We did have a protein drink stolen from the fridge, but that's other tenets fault, not...

No space to pull down your pants! |The lights would go off in a sec if you did not keep moving in those toilets! |The three showers were all in one place, two of them together without any separation in between!! |Not enough hangers in the showers. |Dirty room, dust all over the place. |The linen was okay. |The staff was nice....

Los colchones no eran incómodos, pero las almohadas ni siquiera podían llamarse como tal, eran unos mini cojines con muy poco relleno y eran súper incómodos. El hueco del baño era minúsculo y el hecho de que las fichas estén separadas por cortinas deja mucho que desear. La recepción es terrible porque solo hay una persona y está desde las 14:30 hasta las 18:30 más o menos. La ubicación está muy bien pero la habitación no tenía ni armario y las taquillas de la habitación ni siquiera tenían llave. Mi experiencia ha sido un quebradero de cabeza ya que una semana más tarde de reservar la habitación, nos dijeron que había un problema con la web y que teníamos que pagar más, luego, cuando pensábamos que estaba solucionado, me llaman cuando estaba cerca de Lisboa para decirnos que cancelemos la reserva. Sin duda eso tienen que hacérselo mirar. Encima la habitación daba a la calle y se escuchaba...
