Lisbon City Villa — Hotel in Lisbon

The house/room is very beautiful and atmospheric.

It’s unfortunate that:

the toilet is only separated from the living room by a shower door;

the house is extremely noisy, and you can hear everything the other guests are doing;

the heating doesn’t work (too cold in winter);

the duvets are far too thin for winter;

the Nespresso machine is defective;

the host is not proactive in solving the issues. The heating didn’t work and to make it easy to solve, we asked for an extra duvet but he only provided this on the third day, made excuses, had no time to resolve issues, and eventually stopped responding.

Looks fairly nice, and looks are deceiving. We killed a cockroach the moment we arrived.

The house is not insulated at all, so it's much hotter and damp than the outside. You can hear the steps of other guests. The shower base leaks and forms a small lake in the bathroom.

I haven't even slept and I already know this will be a 1 star. No more booking without checking Google...

Noisy walls too thin, and over rated on booking.com does not have bed tables and no shelf in shower to put your own shampoo etc. Shampoo and a gel provided but sometimes u want to use ur own. Bit disappointed with location could have found...
