Poco tienen que ver las fotos que muestran en su web, booking y demás, con la realidad. Los muebles están machacados, las tapicerías llenas de manchas, la limpieza de la habitación deja bastante que desear, hay pelos en la ducha y la cama, el fregadero de la cocina, el baño sucio (ver fotos) y con un desagradable olor a tuberías (la puerta del baño está pegada a la cama). Hemos reclamado y al día siguiente nos comentan que se ha avisado al servicio de limpieza para que vuelvan a limpiar, al llegar al apartamento nos lo encontramos exactamente en las mismas condiciones. Solicitamos una hoja de reclamaciones y al día siguiente se presentan a pedirnos disculpas y limpiar el apartamento. Aún así, dejo este comentario porque no veo la necesidad de pasar casi 3 de los 5 días de mis vacaciones, reclamando la limpieza del apartamento. Venimos con un niño al que no han dejado toallas ninguno de los dos primeros días. No hay recepción, ni persona física, todo es por teléfono, lo que complica bastante este tipo de peticiones/gestiones. Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación, lo cual no compensa al resto, habiendo tantísima oferta de apartamentos por la zona.
The photos they show on their website, booking and others have little to do with reality. The furniture is crushed, the upholstery full of stains, the cleanliness of the room leaves a lot to be desired, there are hairs in the shower, the bed, the kitchen sink, the dirty bathroom (see photos) and with an unpleasant smell of pipes (the bathroom door is attached to the bed). We have claimed and the next day they tell us that the cleaning service has been notified so that they clean again, when we arrived at the apartment we found it in exactly the same conditions. We request a complaint form and the next day they show up to apologize and clean the apartment. Even so, I leave this comment because I don't see the need to spend almost 3 of the 5 days of my vacation demanding the cleaning of the apartment. We come with a child who has not been left towels for any of the first two days. There is no reception, no physical person, everything is by phone, which complicates this type of request/management quite a bit. The only good thing about it is its location, which doesn't make up for the rest, with so many apartments on offer...

My experience:
COCKROACHES! They are everywhere - in the kitchenette, in the bathroom, on the couches, even under the bed.
MUSIC! There is a café under the apartment with all night music. Like literally till the 9 am! With the enormous bass, earplugs won't help because the sound shake your bones. The support and the police did nothing about the complaints. After three nights i thought i was gonna kill myself.
SUPPORT. I didn't get any information about the check-in. I had to spend half an hour trying to reach them myself and another half - registrering myself on some site.
There were some advantages too, but those are nothing against the disadvantages.

First of all, the check-in process was a hassle as there was no reception on-site, and the virtual check-in was confusing and time-consuming.
