Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Parque — Hotel in Lisbon

Stayed here for a week with my 2 young kids and the property is great. Superb location near El Corte Ingles/ San Sebastio metro station which made it extremely convenient to pick up diapers/dinner/milk etc and also as a general stop to get a taxi/uber. There is also an organic supermarket directly opposite to the property where you can pick up water and other necessities, it is closed on sundays though but they even sell baby products which was great. ||||We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 levels, it was clean, air con was functional, water pressure was great and general cleanliness was good, it was also quiet even though we were facing a construction site. The beds were comfortable and smelled very clean (this is super important for me personally). However there was a problem with a leaking sink in one of our 2 bathrooms and the floor was constantly wet. Hopefully they fixed it. ||||The only real problem was with the virtual reception which sucked. They were non responsive and I only received the door codes a few hours before my flight which made me really stressed out (I paid the city tax more than a month before my departure). I had to get Expedia to intervene...

Visited Lisbon during month of July and overall had a decent stay. Our place had two rooms with 2 floors. One room had two single beds and the other room had queen size bed. Following is the summary of the Lisbon Serviced Apartment Parque:||1- Very Clean|2- Good Free WiFi|3- Right across from the place is an Organic Grocery store which was handy to get basic food items for the family as soon as we arrived at the place|4- extremely easy to take Uber to move around the city|5- Washer and Dryer was very useful with young kids|6- Very Spacious|7- Good TV channel selection|8- Kitchen had all the basic necessities and in good condition.||Cons:||1- Beds totally not comfortable. I would give one Star for beds as we totally did not enjoy the beds.|2- Location not very central. However, with Uber it was not a problem. |3- Towels and linen not so good. Some linen had stain on them.|||I would have given this place 5 star if the beds were comfortable and if management would have improved on better quality linens...

Stayed in a duplex two-bedroom apartment for two nights in June. I didn’t know a code was sent to me via email a few days before the trip. It ended up in my junk mail. This code was necessary to enter the lobby. So remember to check your mailbox and junk mails before that. Once in the lobby, the city tax payment and check in was contactless over a touch screen machine. The process was quite seamless.

Thankfully, there was a working elevator in the building. The apartment was huge and could fit 4 adults and 2 children. The beds were clean and comfortable. Was pleasantly surprised they would clean the apartment daily as I read they would only do so for stays beyond 3 nights.

Some negative aspects: the knives given were blunt and could not cut through fruits. Water temperature at the sink and shower could also be very extreme (could suddenly turn very cold or hot)
