My Rainbow Rooms Gay Men's Guest House — Hotel in Lisbon

As the name suggests, My Rainbow Rooms is really a colorful, comfortable and safe place to stay! On my first trip to Lisbon I had the great pleasure to meet and stay in this very captivating guest house! Not only it's extremely clean, well maintained and located - being close to markets, restaurants and everything you need to enjoy the most of your trip - as the entire staff is amazing!

I was really treated with affection and involved in an atmosphere of such warmth that I was almost forgetting to stroll through Lisbon haha! Marc, a dear person and a valued activist from our LGBT community, and his team have created an unforgettable space and made me feel like I was part of the family! I can say for sure that I experienced one of the best weekends of my life in Lisbon being at My Rainbow Rooms. The place's joy, the privacy and the respect for the guests was only some of the elements that contributed to the sucess of my trip. If you have the opportunity, do not hesitate or even think twice: My Rainbow Rooms is where you should stay! All areas spotlessly clean with 24-hour staff to clean and take care of the place This house is spacious and comfortable Their kitchen is open so you can cook whatever you want but also you can open the fridge and eat something if you don't have time to prepare it yourself

Bathrooms are stocked with everything one could need, spotlessly clean, plenty of towels available and heated floors It has underfloor heating and there was never a Moment when I got cold and needed to wear heavy clothes Everyone is like a hug taking care of each other with anything from suggestions on where to eat and shop to personal advice on a friendly level

I became friends with the guys from that place and I can't wait to host them in my country and obviously to meet them again

Amazing place with great staff, professional and caring about every visitor. The entire access(+lockers) are with a codes and you don't need any keys, which is great for me bcs I always lose these ☺️ The noise is amazingly minimized using various techniques (foam walls included!), as well as people just being considerate. The bed is much more comfy than you'd expect, and you get a little shelf for stuff next to you (even on top bunks), which is yet only one more testimony to how detail-oriented is this place. The showers are separated from the main rooms area, so you don't feel it at all when someone needs some time in the shower, and you don't bother others when you have to shower. The people are extremely nice and the salon is super cute to chill in:) I eagerly wait for the next time I'm in Lisbon again, definitely coming back.
