Oriente DNA Studios — Hotel in Lisbon

Booked this property to stay for a Night as we had to catch a early morning flight on Jan26th. We booked to stay in Oriente DNA Studios IV as soon as we arrived in front of the apartment we were told that we are at wrong location and should go to Oriente DNA Studios II which was just behind the Oriente DNA Studios IV and we realised it later as we were tired to notice at the time of checkin. As soon as we entered the entire apartment had a bad and strong smell of Bleach. We opened the windows and door for sometime and left the apartment to eat something out. After we came back it was smelling more bad and tried to reach the property but they did not responded to our calls or messages . They offered us a wrong apartment and not the one they had on the website as we booked it after seeing the pictures and apartment offered was very small and one extra bed for another person in our group was next to the Toilet which was one step away from his bed. The bed for two of us was so small that we couldn’t fit in there comfortably.In kitchen ,toaster had fungus in it and smelled bad. It seems like no one has stayed in that apartment from a long time. This place was stinking badly and super unhygienic for anyone to stay . We paid a huge amount for a night stay and No one will ever stay here for free too. I have stayed in so many Hotels and Air bnb Appartments and this is the worst Nightmare we had. Would not even recommend booking.com to have such property as there Partner too as it really doesn’t leave a good image . This Property was a total scam as they showed different images online and Once you arrive they offer a different Property for...

In my trip on Portugal, this was by far the worst condition for staying! I would not recommend those apartments neither to my worst enemies. The space is poor ventilated I had to stay with the windows open , many of them don't work or you do not have curtains for intimacy, the windows are in fact near next building wall...very few natural light because isn't a crowded neighborhood constructions ...you hear everything through the walls. With firm and wavy bed mattresses felt like in prison cell even I've never been there :) . The owner will comment here nicely , after you are booked he's responded to the requests very slow...so do your self a favour and avoid this place , the pictures doesn't show the harsh reality. Very expensive for what he is offering, after my first and last experience it's worth at most...

Considering the amount of money we paid for our 2 night stay, the condition of the apartment was very poor including:||The shower tray was mouldy and dirty||When having a shower the water flooded the bath and the water went cold||The taps on the basin were not fixed and moved around||There was no hot water from the basin taps in the bathroom||The drain on the floor was not fixed properly||There were marks over many of the walls||There were no duvets on the bed just a sheet||There was 1 set of keys between 4 people.||We left after 1 night and complained to the property who said they would send a maintenance guy round. They have subsequently cancelled our booking on the website we booked it through so we are unable to rate our stay...
