Subway - Oriente — Restaurant in Lisbon

The shop was super hot inside (no AC). Looks like the guy working there is new and has no idea what he’s doing (it’s ok it’s normal when you’re new), however, he was just soooooooooo slow and was not understanding anything we said even when we spoke Portuguese. It took him too long to understand every time we said something. I understand if you’re new, but come on, anyone can do that job. They should hire people that are more capable. They definitely did not speak English at an international bus station.. the lady next to him (his manager) did not want to help us, she was jus saying he will help us. You can imagine how that made me feel when I was in a hurry to take my bus. The guy was soooo slow because he was new and she didn’t help at all. Just at the cashier. They were suppose to give us the meal but had no fries. So then we requested cookies instead and he almost forgot to give them to us. We had to remind him. First of all the customer service is 2/10 the attendent is in soo much hurry to make a sandwich she didn't even let us choose and start saying we need to hurry and fill the sandwich up with anything visible. Then the cold drink machines is a dirty mess. It's been months they didn't clean the machine and the water intake is soo bad i can taste the bitterness in the water, colddrink smells like the gutter, the owner and staff need to take care of the cleaning and service otherwise it will make people sick, i am throwing away my food and drink because the humiliation is unbearable. I came to orient subway today and i ordered food. Lady names Marta very rude, was using same gloves to meat and veg items. Same time the other man cane name ITALO and started speaking in english saying that its not possible to order veg delight with veg patty. and he changed his language in portuguese saying that he doesnt speak english. He was very rude very unprofessional. Need to learn soft skills and how to speak with customer where you are working in the central Of tourist area and treat people so badly shouldnt be working here.
