Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue pésima. Las fotos no coinciden con la realidad: el apartamento estaba descuidado, sin luz natural y con un ambiente descuidado. Además, el ruido nocturno hacía imposible descansar.

La gestión fue caótica, con mala comunicación y soluciones poco profesionales. Nos ofrecieron otro apartamento con un costo extra tras confirmarnos un cambio gratuito. También encontramos problemas con el agua caliente, suministros básicos insuficientes y políticas abusivas, como cobrar por manchas en toallas.

Para colmo, el check-out fue un desastre: nos cambiaron los códigos de acceso antes de tiempo y tuvimos que insistir para recuperar nuestras maletas.
