My Baixa-chiado first point of my first destination of stay during the Web Summit 2024 experience was fantastic. Especially between the Baixa-chiado, Alameda and Oriente where my event took place.
I enjoyed my daily trip via these lines, and I was extremely surprised by the technology ticketing with a machine that I'm considering as a new thing for me coming from a country with low tech development. So Lisbon metro station lines were at the top of my charm as it melted my heart.
Top cleanliness, top service, metro on time... Let me say bravo for Lisbon... And thanks to the Web Summit that offered this unique experience with Lisbon metro...
Read moreI lodged a complaint here for 8 tickets I paid for at the Santa Apolónia Metro Station but never received. Shockingly, the staff accused me of lying, insisting that there was no way there was no staff present, despite the actual situation. They reluctantly issued replacement tickets, claiming they were of equal value. I explicitly asked if these were valid for both the Metro and the elevators and trams, which they confirmed.
