PS Lisbon Flats — Hotel in Lisbon

I stayed for 3 nights in Rita y Miguel's apartment on Rua das Pretas, N 29, a strategic location for visiting the city center, 5 minutes from the “restauradores” square and close to public transportation (metro/bus) but not noisy at all. The apartment, perfect for two people, was nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need. The very kind owners, in addition to leaving the welcome bottle of water and local liquor!, prepared a printed guide of the city with indications of places and restaurants where to eat divided by neighborhoods (we experienced three restaurants indicated by them and we had a great time “Esquina da Fe” (near the apartment), “Duque da Rua” (during dinner they do Fado shows) and “Chapitô à Mesa” (where we dined in front of one of the most beautiful sunsets over the sea in Lisbon). We also met Miguel who was very helpful in providing us with information and suggestions (and who speaks excellent Spanish!). If I ever have the opportunity to return to Lisbon again I will definitely choose to go back to Rita y Miguel's apartment which I would recommend to everyone to enjoy the city with the feeling of being guests in a...

Both Rita and Miguel are excellent communicators, they replied promptly and completely to all inquiries and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. The apartment is easily reached from the airport via the metro and is within a short walk of several excellent reasonably priced restaurants, one on the same street. This 1 bedroom apartment on the ground level at Rua da Fe was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Located at the back of the building, at night there was virtually no traffic noise to be heard, even with open windows. The neighbors upstairs do keep late nights though. I stayed here for 7 days, and I really liked everything. The room is small, but you can find everything you need; from a hairdryer to a coffee machine and toaster. The host is really nice and very helpful with every question you have. The location is convenient; there's a supermarket just 100 meters away, Rossio train station is 500 meters away, and the city center is about 800 meters away. In short, I am very satisfied...
