Avoid this place!!! Check-in is very confusing with a virtual kiosk and no human interaction. You first have to ring a buzzer, placed beside another handful of buttons outside the main door to enter, which is very confusing. Once we were checking in, you have to scan your passport/identity card, which didn’t scan and had to attempt multiple times. Then received our main door code and apartment door code, which we had to take a photo of as they never sent the code to the email as requested. ||We arrived at 11:30 which was before regular check in and had requested early check in for 12. When we got to our apartment the code wouldn’t work and had to go all the way back down to the kiosk to ring a hidden phone to contact someone. we finally got through and were told there were still people in our room and the room was yet to be cleaned. We asked where we could leave our luggage and were redirected to another premises halfway up the hill. There were dingy and unsafe lockers that we could store our luggage in…… for a price of €2. ||When check-in time came we were met with an inadequate apartment. The lift wasn’t in service due to cleaning and so had to carry our luggage up 8 flights of stairs to the 4th floor. Which turned out to be a regular occurrence. The room was a lot smaller than advertised and the beds were not what we expected. We expected 2 sofa beds and 1 double bed. The sofa beds were 1 under each other and had to be dragged out to the middle of the floor. Making an already small apartment even smaller. The dishwasher was full with dishes and the air con didn’t work. ||The highlight of our trip, was getting stuck in the elevator mid floors. The elevator could barely fit 2 people, 3 at a push. One of our companions was having a panic attack due to the small size and lack of air…. Lack of cold air too. We rang the emergency bell several times and no one answered. We were banging on the door trying to get out, and when someone finally came on the speaker it was because someone on the outside of the lift rang them to tell them. The lady on the speaker only spoke Portuguese….. we didn’t. We eventually had to pry open the doors ourselves to get out. And the elevator remained inoperative for the next 2 days of our trip…. To be fair, first of all the positive things. Rooms are clean and the apartment is located centrally. The Check in and Check Out process was easy.
The bad things: you can literally hear everthing. Seems like walls does not exist. Sleeping is hard, even with ear plug it was hard for me to sleep.
But the worst thing is that construction work and drilling etc. was ongoing and this was not mentioned before. The construction work is not in the apartment but in a neighbor building and it feels like they drill directly into your head. We contacted the customer service but they were not helpful but contrary. They just mentioned „we cannot do anything“. You could have informed the people about the drilling and work noises. You ruined our holiday because we were not able to rest. No help, no solution and no compensation. The reaction of the customer service is the reason why I give only 1 star. With more understanding and better reaction this apartments would be rather a 2,5-3/5.
Then I never received an Email with the pin for the apartment (and yes, I checked Spam etc.). Hopefully I did a picture after the check in process with the apartment pin.
Payment not possible directly at Booking.com. You are directed to an external payment website but everything worked fine without problems.
If you have problems with noises etc. I would not recommend here. If you don‘t have any problems with noises than you can book here, the rooms are good, clean and very good located. Nice...

El pasado fin de semana nos alojamos en vuestros apartamentos de Lisboa localizados en Lisboa y, el motivo de este correo es para presentar una queja sobre nuestra estancia. Desde que llegamos a los apartamentos tuvimos problemas:
Las taquillas para dejar las maletas no funcionaban ninguna y se tragaban las monedas (manera para sacar dinero) y no pudimos dejar las maletas en ningun lado, pero por suerte encontramos a la chica de la limpieza y ella nos dijo que podíamos dejarlas con ella, que tuvimos la suerte que justo el apartamento que estaba limpiando era el nuestro. Por otro lado, la forma de hacer el check-in no me parece la correcta, ya que se tendría que hacer de forma presencial o bien de una forma más segura porque cualquiera puede hacer el check-in de ese modo....
Una vez que llegamos al apartamento cuando estaba listo, vimos que en uno de los lados de la cama había un gran charco de agua y estaba cayendo un goteo continuo de agua y no olía muy bien el apartamento. Además no podíamos respirar bien, no había buena climatización. Parecía que ese agua de las cañerías o bien mala canalización del aire acondicionado, pero todo parecía proveniente del apartamento de arriba. Llamamos al teléfono de contacto para que nos diesen una solución y para nuestra sorpresa nos atendió un chico que no hablaba español y nos trató de una forma muy inhumana. Nos dijo que no había nadie disponible para venir a atendernos, ya que todos habían terminado su jornada, nadie podía venir y que él estaba trabajando desde casa y no iba a moverse para venir... Como solución nos dijo que cogiéramos unas toallas que tenían en un cuarto dentro de unos sacos y que las utilizaríamos para limpiar el agua. Tampoco había fregonas o utensilios de limpieza a la vista para recoger el agua. Dormimos en condiciones inhumanas. No pudimos dormir bien a causa del olor y del ruido del agua cayendo.
Me parece lamentable no dispongan de un agente para atender emergencias o urgencias, en caso que hubiese sido una inundación o fuego, ¿qué hubieses hecho? Al día siguiente vino la chica de la limpieza a chequear y vio lo que comentamos, ella fue testigo de como caía el agua y el olor del cuarto. Nos llamó una de las supervisoras para decirnos que vendrían los de mantenimiento a ver qué pasaba y arreglar el problema y nos cambiarían la ropa de la cama. Al regresar vimos una nota ridícula diciendo de que habían venido pero no comunicaron el motivo y ni nos dijeron que nos iban a reembolsar. Al estar en el apartamento 5 minutos empezó a llover y el goteo apareció de nuevo y un olor terrible. Llamamos y nos atendió Sofia que nos dijo que en 30 minutos vendría a mirar. Esa espera se convirtió en más de 1h, que era tiempo que estábamos perdiendo de nuestro día y momento en Lisboa y nadie nos lo iba devolver. Tras llegar Sofia ella misma vio lo que estaba ocurriendo y llamó a un supervisor, con el cual no pudimos hablar en ningún momento (no entiendo por qué), y tras una larga espera nos cambiaron de apartamento pero sin comentarnos en ningún momento que se nos reembolsaría al menos una noche por la mala experiencia que vivimos y nos ofrecen un descuento en nuestra próxima estancia…. ¡Lamentable!
