Padre Pio Hotel — Hotel in Ourém

This is same posting as google People need to know what's really going on with this place.. Its really bad customer service. ||It's 1:30 am local time I reserved for tonight's and o already got on contact with booking to get a refund for second night..||Problems after problems... Check in time 15:00 I was at location 14:30 waited 30 minutes House keeping showed up 14;45p no one in reception told me 15:00 reception man will show up .Another guest of hotel was trying to check out.. no one to check her out... Houseklkeeper called employee .. he showed up until 15:45 .. He works in other hotel and comes to Padre pio hotel to check people in... Very disorganized.. gives me room on 4th floor elevator not working... I open my room and it's unmade... I go back down frustrated and tired.. to reception he is already gone.. housekeeping has me waiting.. to clean room ... Very disorganized again... There is wifi code in room but no wifi working on the floors . You need to use key to open room door from outside and to lock it from inside.... if it's nigh time you cannot turn on light I room when you enter .. you have to lock door from inside in the dark then Put the plastic key to turn on light. Very disorganized To go outside at night door is locked.. hard to get out .had to jump out a window... No one in reception ... I returned later 115am the door is jammed locked can't open... I notified night person on WhatsApp he comes in car and pulled door hard with key ... Door jammed ... I am over this place..||AVOID AVOID.. AVOID AVOID... AVOID....I will get my credit card involved... For refund.. there are way better choices of hotels to visit Fatima .. seriously management needs...

I see a lot of good reviews ,but this is not the case for me...

It could have been a lot better.

Liked · The breakfast had a lot of variety and was very fulfilling. The view from the hotel balcony was also really beautiful. Loved that the hotel had a lift. We were provided with soaps and shower gel. The blankets provided were also very comfy. The person in the reception area was late but was very helpful.

Disliked · Breakfast was not provided in the hotel that we lived in as the kitchen was being renovated. So we had to walk to another hotel to get breakfast in cold weather. There was a lot of dust on the floor which caused breathing problems. The shower enclosure was very tiny and showering in it was very hard. The check-in time was 15:00 but the person in reception came at 15:30 to check us in. You also have to stay outside the hotel building until your check-in time, unless someone lets you in. If you are fortunate enough to be let in if you came before check-in time then there is a sofa where you can sit and wait for you to be checked in. The floor near the reception area was very dirty and felt like it hadn't been cleaned or...
