ORM Portas Santa Catarina Apartments — Hotel in Porto

I reserved these apartments, but due to very difficult circumstances, I am unable to go. I am pregnant and almost lost my baby. My doctor has strictly advised me to stay on bed rest, and I am physically unable to travel or walk.

I reached out to the owners asking to change the booking date to a later time, as they had available dates, but they refused despite my difficult situation. Furthermore, they are now ignoring my messages. This is incredibly disappointing and hurts deeply. It’s such a shame that there are people in the world who, even in such a situation, cannot show any compassion or offer help.
