Disappointing experience with AC and staff behavior!
We stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience. Our room’s air conditioning stopped working from around 4 AM to 10.30 AM, making it very uncomfortable to sleep or get ready in the morning. Despite repeatedly telling the staff that the AC was not working and clearly showing them it was set to cooling, they kept insisting it was on heating mode (which it wasn’t).
Instead of actually fixing the issue, the staff told us to open the window because “it’s 19 degrees outside”, which was quite unhelpful and dismissive, especially considering it was their responsibility to ensure the AC works properly. We stay in a hotel to get the facilities including AC.
To add to this, after 12 PM, the same staff member who had ignored our AC issue started calling us multiple times and even parked outside our door to rush us for checkout even though our friends in two other rooms on same floor were not disturbed with a single call. We felt singled out and unnecessarily pressured while still dealing with the discomfort caused by the AC issue.
We had expected better service, more honesty, and a solution-oriented attitude. I hope the management addresses this so that future guests don’t face the same...

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The photos on Booking.com and other sites are completely fake — they make the place look spacious and modern, but in reality, the rooms are tiny, cramped, and uncomfortable, barely the size of a matchbox.
They don’t even provide basic amenities like a dental kit, which is ridiculous for the price they charge. But the worst part? Their checkout policy. I was just 5 minutes late, and they charged me half a day’s rate. Seriously? That’s not hospitality, that’s exploitation.
And speaking of hospitality — the receptionist was extremely rude, with no manners or sense of how to deal with guests. You’d expect someone at the front desk to be helpful or at least polite, but she was the complete opposite. Why is someone like that even in this role?
