Incredible!

It has never happened in my experience of renting apartments. Very very cool experience. So, the apartment was good, the bed was quite comfortable, there was a beautiful view from the window on the square, there was a parking place nearby where you could leave your car. The style of the apartments is modern, everything is fresh and the apartments are located near the center, convenient for walking.

It so happened that I forgot my headphones in the apartment, I discovered this when I was already in another country. We contacted the owner, he found the headphones and offered to send them to me. I thought that delivery to Ukraine would be expensive and it would be easier for me to buy new ones. Then the owner suggested that he go to the post office and find out how much delivery might cost. I thought the story would end there. But no. A day or two later he wrote that delivery would cost about 5-6 euros. As a result, the owner sent me the headphones to Ukraine and also paid for the delivery himself, which came as an even greater surprise to me. To be honest, I have never encountered such a kind attitude. Therefore, I want to say a huge thank you to the owner for his responsiveness, kindness and such a reverent attitude towards the guests! I recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to stay in a good place with a good host!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Moow Apartments. I booked an apartment through their website and received a confirmation email, only to later call and be told that the website is "not updated" and they cannot honor the price listed. This is utterly unprofessional and unacceptable for any business, let alone one in the hospitality industry.

If their website is unreliable, they shouldn't allow bookings through it. The lack of accountability and disregard for customers' time and trust is shocking. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy having your plans ruined by...
