Boutique Hotel Madison — Hotel in City of Belgrade

The pictures are nothing like the rooms shown in this pic. I recently visited in Dec and i had the most horrible experience. This is a refurbished refugee hotel with the rooms in basement and bunk beds, extremely dirty. I tried to cancel my stay, but the owner tried to ask for cash and did not let me go without paying. He was very hostile, unfortunately he did not give me any receipt or proof. As soon as i left the property, he cancelled my booking and showed as i never visited. I have no proof to claim by money back from booking.com. The worst part is, this property is shown as preferred premium plus property on booking.com. ||||Attaching some horrible pics for...

Tried to order an espresso in this place today. The person behind the counter started arguing about espressos with milk being espresso instead of cappuccino. I was baffled and told him I just wanted an espresso. He got mad and said he didn't want to serve me anymore. I honestly thought I ended up in an episode of a comedy like little Britain or Seinfeld.. This may also have been caused by the fact that the waiter was wearing a tracksuit and trainers... Very bizar and actually weirdly funny experience, but one might want to chose other places to go if you expect European...

In the room there is no windows (you can see it on their page and they mentioned it) but also there is no air. they have a air conditioner for the refresh the air but it is not working well and also it is too noisy, it is impossible to sleep whit its nois (we kept the door open for air circulation). the room walls and the bed is too dirty and there is problem in the bathroom.
