The rooms and shared bathrooms are really small, but what they lack in personal space they make up for in public spaces. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities- filtered water, coffee/tea, refrigerator, plates, etc. and there is a nice hangout area outside with plenty of seating and tables. Owners are very responsive, accommodating, and speak great English. The place is also well located, near the markets, downtown and close to lots of public transportation.

There are a few convenience stores (7-11 & others) nearby where we had our breakfast everyday, with some cute coffee shops along the way to the subway station. Our room is decent sized to accommodate 3 people with lots of natural light. The bed is so comfortable and it is actually at par with more expensive accommodations. It is also a 10 min uphill walk away from the Namsan cable car station. A good espresso place about 50 m away. Rooms regularly cleaned with towels changed every couple of days.
