Would not recommend this shop. We wanted to buy a power bank and he showed us one. He said he had a slightly more expensive, good one and one for less money, but that it wouldn't last long. The expensive one was quite small and didn't necessarily look high quality. According to the sales assistant, the price was 70 euros?! I think that's far too expensive. When we asked how much the cheaper one cost, he said 40 euros. But since he himself said that it wasn't good, I don't think it's worth it. When we said that we would move on and maybe come back, he got angry and snapped at us, saying that we were wasting his time and asking what we were thinking – whether we expected to get one for 3€.

We were in the shop for about 5 minutes in total, so it can't be considered a waste of time. When we looked at the power bank, he wanted to show us that both mobile phones could be charged at the same time. He wanted my mobile phone, which I gave him, and he wanted to plug in the iPhone connector even though I have a Samsung. This is quite annoying because the mobile phone is new and it's definitely not good to plug in something that doesn't fit. Then he took my partner's mobile phone and the same thing happened – he plugged the Samsung connector into the iPhone. I think that if you work with mobile phones, you should at least not make such a mistake, and certainly not twice

I would avoid.

We came here as my toddler had broken her ipad. We paid up front, as they stated they would fix it 100%. However we went back to collect and they stated the mother board has gone so.was completely impossible to be fixed. Tried to sell two other items to us we said no. Stated the person was was fixing it worked for apple themselves.

We did recieve a full refund however and no arguments there. We took this to another place recommended by TUI. Who fixed it same day stated that, they could actually see the previous place had caused more damage and just gave in. The new place fixed same day, and half the price of here!

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE. THEY SEEM FAIR IN REFUNDING BUT CANNOT FIX ITEMS AND LIE ABOUT THEM BEING UNFIXABLE.

Edit: In response to the owner, I did not say the staff was not polite. I was not influenced by anyone. Your team stated it was completely unfixable and nothing could be done it was impossible. This is not the case at all as it was fixed and nothing wrong with the motherboard as your team had stated if I hadn't gone else where then I could have ended buying a completely new one. So this review is fair and others also might find it beneficial. The ipad offered was triple the price and the other item was clearly used.

WARNING Before buying anything make sure you know how much you can buy it for elsewhere. I foolishly bought earphones for €25 then found I could buy them in the UK for €9. I went back and asked for a refund which was refused, as I expected. I was offered an exchange for something else but as I didn't need anything else costing €25 and worth €9 I declined. I showed the guy an amazon page with the same item for £7.50 (free postage), he showed me an amazon page with it costing £45. eBay were selling the same earphones for £6.99 +£10 postage so he reckoned this was comparable to what I'd paid OM. He didn't seem to understand that I wasn't looking for him to send it to me so I felt that €25 was excessive. REPLY TO OWNER I'm only trying to advise others not to make the same mistake I did. Your reply has a few inaccuracies as follows:- The earphones were still in the original, unopened packaging (in fact it's impossible to remove them without destroying the plastic), so your comment regarding sanitary rules is superfluous. On-line and shopping in a store can be compared, if I'd been sensible and looked at the on-line price I wouldn't have paid €25 for something worth €9.
