I believe in supporting businesses who provide excellent service and value. On this basis I am more than happy to take the time to record my experience in purchasing an iPhone 12 Pro from Macy’s. On enquiring on line re price & availability I received a detailed email reply within 15 minutes followed up by a polite & friendly phone call from Francis. Following helpful discussion on a range of queries I arranged to purchase my new iPhone at a very competitive price. (Be assured I had previously researched both on line & in local stores) Making an appointment to collect in Las Américas in 1 hours time. (The offer to deliver was made but as I was only a short drive away I declined- nice touch!) The transaction was supported by a good choice of phone cases, screen protectors and chargers. The guys in Macys Tenerife have been absolutely outstanding. Whilst on holiday in Tenerife my Samsung 65w tablet charger failed and I also needed a new set of Bose ear pods for work meetings I had to attend via Teams. I've always used Bose so thought getting a pair could prove to be difficult on the island. I spoke with the guys at Macys via WhatsApp asking if the two items were in stock, which they were. I paid for the items up front and asked if they could be delivered to my hotel. 1 hour 30 later I was in the hotel reception with Rohit from Macys with my items. I also asked via WhatsApp if they had any travel irons as we'd forgotton to pack one before flying out. Rohit brought two for me to have a look at with no pressure to buy, we chose one, Rohit sent me the payment url via WhatsApp and the sale went through.

Had an excellent experience at Macy’s Digital in Playa de las Americas yesterday. Helped by a fantastic guy called Raj. Very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Went to buy an early Xmas present for my partner, Paul. Wanted to buy him a new iPad but not sure which one was most appropriate. Raj didn’t try to get me to buy the most expensive one with the largest memory as it wasn’t necessary for my partner’s needs. He just uses it for the internet really. Anyway, I managed to buy a new iPad, the best one for what he uses it for and Paul’s very chuffed with it. Raj also helped us choose a good cover and put screen protectors on all of our electronics. I think it was all reasonably priced, very helpful guy, gave me a lot of confidence in the shopping experience. It’s probably easy to get ripped off in a different country when you don’t know much about what you’re buying but that wasn’t the case. Would definitely recommend this store for all of your...
