I would give this place 0 if possible with my experience tonight ! I wanted to try a skirt on in here today but I couldn’t get it up as the belt was stuck to the belt loop with a security tag which meant I couldn’t pull the skirt up past my thighs . I politely asked was there any possibility that they could take the tag off of both the belt and skirt and possibly just reattach it to the skirt so I could try it on as I wanted to buy and the 2 girls working tonight said no and as I walked away they laughed at me and started to speak Spanish . I even asked could one of them come to changing room with me as I was not planning on running out of the shop. So I asked to speak to their manager; who then after I begged her to take the tag off just the belt and put back on the skirt so I could try it on, told me she will take the tag off but I could only try it on in front of the whole shop !

This was an extremely dehumanising experience as I genuinely wanted this skirt and was also going to buy a few more items.. do not recommend the staff in here what so ever and I hope whoever owns these shops see this comment as this is not normal behaviour to ask a girl to get undressed to try a skirt on in the middle of a shop!!

My sister was also purchasing some items and while we were paying the girl just sniggered at us the whole time and wasn’t one bit polite . I am not a rude person as I also work in customer service and customers can be hard work . But this girl was not “treating her customers how you would like to...

I shopped at this shop. They forgot to take off the security measure from one of the tshirts. I noticed it while I was in other shops and came 20 minutes after the purchase for them to take it off.

When I came the lady who actually was at the counter the time I bought the shirt asked the manager to come through. They both tried to tell me that it’s impossible to buy the shirt without talking the security measure off first. On the way out of the shop the first time, nothing beeped so I thoughts it’s alright after coming through other shops beeping, I decided to look through my things.

I came to Stradivarius and they looked at me as if I’m the one who stole the t-shirt! I had the ticket and all the items inside! They still told me that it is my fault and that I should’ve looked better! Outrageous...

Ayer fuí a comprar a esta tienda la que está en safary soy clienta habitual de hace años y la verdad que una de las últimas empleadas (nueva) mientras estaba yo en el probador probandome unas prendas escuché como se quejaba sobre una situación, con una compañera publicamente hacía críticas sobre que una clienta que le había dicho que una prenda de la nueva colección estaba manchada, "la prenda era blanca", sus comentarios fueron despectivos dijo textualmente "que ella por una prenda manchada no dejaba de llevarsela que se podía lavar y menos si la prenda no era tan costosa" creo que no son maneras de expresar ese tipo de opiniones tan a la ligera y generando chismes en ambientes laborales negativos sobre l@s clientes, delante de ell@s porque no se cortó en hacer esos comentarios, es de poco profesional o que le guste lo que hace ya que si te gusta lo que haces no piensas ni actuas asi aparte de tener malas miradas porque pasé un par de veces por su zona y no era agradable las miradas que tenía hacia los clientes sentí que le caía mal o algo parecido, generaba rechazo y malestar... repito llevo años siendo clienta habitual y nunca tuve ningun tipo de problema con sus emplead@s pero esta nueva es lo más desagradable q ví ayer con sus comentarios fuera de lugar y malas miradas, mientras esté no volveré a comprar ahí... normalmente no soy de poner reseñas pero este malestar tenía que expresarlo públicamente porque es la primera vez que me he sentido tan mal con la situación como para no volver mientras esté esa persona trabajando...
