The good thing, the staff was very nice and the room was large..

furniture was meh, show head sprayed everywhere out of the top as it was broken lots of little maintenance stuff they needed to keep up on.

AC unit didn’t help/work at all - room was 20+ degrees and very humid, had to have all the windows open for hours at night until it cooled down but hearing the traffic and drunk people till 4am was rough with almost no privacy.

The wifi from the room never worked once unless you went in the lobby area.

The staff told me they fixed the wifi apparently the day after I left.. yet my friends who are still there said that is a complete lie as it doesn’t work for them at all still.

Reading 5 star reviews again now after I stayed seems like many of the are paid for so they can justify the expensive price. 160+ per night is much to expensive. I’d expect 110/night.

Finally, one of the nights my card didn’t work. Waited and tried for an hour at 12am-1am. No answer from the staff to help me out. Couldn’t get into my room or the hotel at all.. ended up having to go to another friends to stay a night at their hotel because I could t access my stay. Door codes would solve this issue.. that’s what my friend place had and it was...

Stayed for two nights in February and really wanted to like the property as it seemed to be good value. The staff was friendly and the breakfast service was a nice option. Unfortunately, the sound insulation in the room (#7) we were staying in was very poor and we could hear people in the street, above us, below us, and worst of all next to us all night. I kid you not, the people that live/stay in the property next to the room were up all night walking around, up-and-down stairs, and we heard every single footstep. Also, the street, while small allows cars and motorcycles through and the narrowness of the road results in an echo effect where the noise is amplified. Also, something is wrong with the plumbing on that side of the building as the toilet and/or bidet would “burp” every hour or so very noisely. Over the two nights, I think I got about 5 hours of sleep due to the noise. We should’ve asked for a room change after the first night, but it wasn’t that bad on night #1 compared night to #2. By then it was too late. Anyways, if you’re sensitive to noise at night make sure you don’t get put...

Hotel as expected for the price paid. Quite basic but fine. It’s a little out of town but you can easily walk in. It was lovely and peaceful until the last night when unbeknown to us the hotel was hosting a party on the rooftop and we felt our privacy had been invaded. A continuous stream of people traipsed in from about 6pm everyone looking at us as we sat on the terrace until we decided we had to go out to avoid it. I was feeling unwell and had wanted an early night but no chance of that. I feel that we should have been warned that this event was happening so we could have chosen a different hotel more suitable for us. Or the hotel should have let rooms to party guests only. We did contact the owner who was not interested and has not responded except to send us a patronising...

The room and the hotel's display were disappointing. The hotel has the appearance of a budget hotel and certainly not a boutique hotel. No atmosphere, rooms with ugly walls, plastic plants and a few Ikea furniture. A huge crack in the toilet bowl (very dirty), a crack in the ceiling. And the curtains were hanging half loose from the rails and could not be opened and closed. This hotel is the worst experience we have ever had and that for 175 euros per night including breakfast. Definitely not worth the money!! There are much better hotels for this price. We would have preferred to have turned around immediately and looked for another hotel. The breakfast was good and the lady behind the counter was very friendly. See photos for atmospheric images.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 days and were more than pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome. They sent us several apps in advance to welcome us, provide parking and suggest restaurants. When we arrived, Ana even reserved a restaurant for us and she arranged a lovely surprise for my birthday ❤️. The entrance hall and courtyard are beautiful with a mini swimming pool but all very tastefully decorated. When you arrive on the roof terrace, all you can say is " wow". Nice extras are the coffee and water available for you. The rooms are definitely tasteful and equipped with every comfort. We will definitely return!
