We stayed for four nights and found the hotel, on arriving was very clean and spacious with well kept grounds.||The staff were very helpful and welcoming and offered advice on local areas and local transportation. (Bus stop and taxi rank outside of hotel)||The room itself was very big with a king size bed and spacious bathroom and balcony. The furniture was modern and along with a decent size t.v. was comfortable.||The room has a mini bar which we found to be a little expensive but did have a free safe in the wardrobe to use.||We did not have a meal in the hotel as it was not within the package but with the breakfast between 14 and 16 Euros ate outside. We did not enquire about the evening meal but was only served after 20.30 which was a little too late for us.||Because it was the back end of the season the small snack bar was closed meaning we had to go out for every meal/drink. A kettle with tea/ coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcomed because of this.||The hotels location is not ideal as it is half way up a steep hill and some distance from decent restaurants to eat and about 45 minutes to an hour away from Palma centre unless you want to use a taxi each time you go out.||The noise of traffic on the road outside was a little too much at times which restricted us opening the balcony doors as we were facing the front of the hotel.||The hotel is in an elevated position but has no sea views as it has a large high rise hotel and several smaller buildings in front spoiling the outlook over the marina and Palma itself.||Because of the time of year it was generally quiet which is not a bad thing but we felt the hotel lacked one or two things.||I cannot comment on he gym as we did not use it but the pool outside was very pleasant but far too cold to swim in.||||Overall, a nice clean spacious hotel but a little too far outside of the main...
Read moreThis hotel is sold as 4 star but in my opinion is more like a 2 star motel. It is clean but it is hard to find anything else that is positive about it.||||Overall, I found that the building and garden are grubby and in need of attention. The pool area is very tired and unappealing. ||||The pillows were stained and so well worn that they provided no support. When I asked for new ones the replacements were still the same.||||The bed had been used so much on one side that there was a constant lean on that side which gave the feeling of rolling off.||||There were several cracks in the bottom of the bath where it was collapsing and unhygienic.||||When I brought this to the attendees of the lady on reception during the day she said they would look into it but I never heard from her on it again.||||The hotel had turned the air-conditioning off centrally and refused to turn it on which meant that our room was too warm and stuffy. This meant that we had to keep the balcony door open resulting in constant noise from the traffic at a busy junction below through the night.||||On one occasion I was stopped by a member of staff and told I couldn't bring my breakfast from the dining room to my room unless I paid an additional charge. ||||None of the staff were able to assist us with any enquiries or requests to address our issues. The night porter had no English and the lady atvthe front desk was totally indifferent to us. She said if we don't like the hotel we should checkout, so we did,...
