Historic, comfortable, character, and AC units which help with the heat. Owner was so kind and accommodating when we needed a room last minute on NYE after a failed Airbnb. Includes breakfast cooked by a lovely young woman and we ate it on the private rooftop terrace. Walkable distance to everything...
