We went to this restaurant twice. The first day was great — good food, friendly service — no complaints at all. That’s why we came back the next day. Big mistake.
This time, we had a simple request that the waitress didn’t fully understand, so we asked (politely) if we could speak to the chef. Instead of the chef, the owner barged in and started talking to us in the most arrogant, rude, and condescending way possible. Read moreThe first thing to note is that this is a vegetarian only restaurant. When selecting this place, we needed to make sure that they accepted credit card which the hostess confirmed. However, it was not disclosed until payment that they would be adding a 5% credit card fee. When we asked why this was not disclosed, they told us that we were told at the beginning. When we expressed our displeasure with this, the host ignored everything, and acted like she did not care. We ordered four dishes, the stirfry vegetables was overly salty and could not be finished. The hostess/waitress was not good at explaining many of these dishes to us and seem not to really care about doing her job. Drinks took about 10 minutes to be served, mostly things that were already bottled. Malai korma was good. Also keep in mind that portion sizes are very small, so if one is very hungry this is not the...
