Baanpin Hotel — Hotel in Bowon Niwet Subdistrict

The location may be ideal for those who like Khao San Road. The service is super bad. I stayed there during the first lockdown of the Covid pandemic in 2020 and the owner (an elderly woman) and his son Bank were owners and managers . I have watched them insult their staff, physically assault and public shout to this elderly European guests(from Spain) who they tried to scam. My room had white linen and was comfortable but filled with rats 🐀 and when I complained the owner told me that they are like humans and they deserve to leave . I was overcharged for getting my linen cleaned and when I argued with them the next day when I came back after an outing I found my luggage outside in the rain and doors locked. This is just a short version of my 3 months dramatic stay due to covid lockdown.A friend went recently and thought she didn’t experience the same horrific experience I had because Bank and his mother was not there the service was poor and she got scammed...
