F Plus F Hostel — Hotel in Chiang Mai Province

Tip: on Grab, make sure you search for “Friends and Family Hostel”. If you search for F plus F hostel as it shows on Google you will be taken to a wrong location. It is still very close to the airport, less than 10 minutes of drive away.

My friend and I stayed in this hostel for 4 nights. Located about 8-10 minutes of walk away from old city, this hostel provides you with a quiet, comfortable place to rest. We booked a triple room and the room was very spacious and clean. The water pressure isn’t strong, but it’s enough to shower and hot water works well.

The host provides you with 3 bottles of free drinking water each day. This is a big perk since it does get inconvenient to have to go out to buy water every time. There is a microwave, a hot water dispenser, bowls, and utensils to use on the first floor.

There are several cafes located within steps of this hostel. There is no laundry within hostel however there is a cheap laundry service located within 5 minutes of walking, plus several coin laundromats within blocks.

You can contact the host via WhatsApp 24/7, and he is very kind and responsive. We had a lightbulb go out and he arrived within 30 minutes to fix it.

The only real downside was that the terrace/balcony was noticeably dirty from all the pigeons and their droppings. We didn’t use the balcony, obviously, so we just kept the door locked.

Overall, this is a good place to stay if you are looking for a relaxing experience in Chiangmai. I recommend it! I am very satisfied...

Enjoyed my stay here. It was peaceful and quiet but “noise” can be found just a stone throw away. Despite its location, there’s many good eatery nearby.

You can add owners phone number and ask all kind of nonsense question u have and he will delightfully reply.

My room was clean, air con was good, no mould (as mentioned in earlier reviews) in toilet.

Given the price/value i really can’t find anything to complain about. And if complain is a need it will be my toilet door being freely.

There’s alway bicycles which u can use for free...

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights. The room and bathroom are very clean. You even have a television and a bureau. Each day you get 2 free bottles of water. The owner is the most friendly man we ever met. He aswered all our questions and gave lots of information himself. |We were sad to leave this hostel. Definitely would...
