Capzule Bed Phuket — Hotel in Ratsada

The girl at the hotel reception treated me and other countries' tourists in two different ways. I asked about the price normally, but the girl at the hotel front desk was very annoyed and disgusted, and treated me and other male customers in two different ways. I felt uncomfortable sitting there and didn't want to stay at this hotel anymore, so I told the front desk that I wanted to cancel the order. It was a forced sale, and they didn't respect the rights of consumers at all. I asked the front desk to let the hotel manager come to communicate, and the front desk told me that the manager was not there. In addition, the toilet door of this hostel cannot be locked, which makes people very uncomfortable, and many faucets have problems, but no one repairs them in time. Everything was perfect during our stay here. The family running the hostel is lovely, and they offered us drinks and food in the New Year's Eve

The rooms are very clean and as well as the bathrooms, the latter even look untouched because they're so clean

The other guests were quiet and respectful, even though it was fully booked due to the new years eve

You can easily go to the beaches in Southern Phuket at the old bus stop and also to the airport next to 7-11

The receptionists were really smiley and they were so friendly and helpful. There's a microwave and kitchen

They ask for a 200 baht deposit for the key and locker, but of course they will give you back when you check out. So bring 200 baht cash for the deposit

What a hostel! Definitely the best I've stayed in my life (and I travel a lot). Very stylish, exceptionally clean. Beds are built in capsules, so you can almost feel like in a private room. 3 electricity sockets in every capsule, a lot of space, great lockers with hanger inside to hang your clothes like in a wardrobe :) They also have a rooftop with a self-service washing machine (30 bat) and dryer (10 bat) and space near the reception where you can work, what makes it also that people coming to stay there are serious and grown-up people you value a quiet place more than a party one.
