Pisa Hotel | Istanbul — Hotel in Fatih

I called the hotel to book for a room for my wife and I, and despite difficulty from hotel side in English communication and after repetition finally they said "yes, you can come tomorrow for two nights". and the next day we arrived from the airport and we GOT shocked by the "Rude" reception staff "Mr.Khani" as he was telling us "You said you will come to the hotel at 5 pm but you didn't show at that time and your room was given to another customer. And when i tried to ask him to connect me to the manager over the phone to speak to him he said "Manager went home and forgot his mobile phone in the hotel so you can't speak to him", then he start telling us "We have no room for you, leave the hotel". then he called another guy who seems to be more rude than him and was helpless. We left the hotel with our bags at night looking for another hotel. Next day i went to see the manager and i explained to him what happened (plus another details that i couldn't write here) , I wanted to tell him that "Hotel renovation was to the stones and walls but not to the staff, and also to let him know what is happening in the hotel after he leave at 5 pm or so.he promised me that he will punish these "RUDE" staffs but i didn't hear from him any thing as i had given him my phone number but ??? i didn't get any call from him. Honestly the best hotel to stay in. Came with my sister and mum for a week and everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly with a smile on their face and would always greet us. They are also so generous with everything they do especially when we were celebrating my mums birthday and she got sick and had an ambulance called for her. They kept checking in on us and asking if anything was needed when my mum was in hospital. Had very pleasant conversations with everyone they were just so lovely and caring. The manager was very lovely too and sat with us while we were waiting for our taxi to the airport. Honestly best staff and best people. Останавливались на 5 дней. Свежий ремонт, уютный интерьер, тишина, так как рядом нет ночных клубов и шумных кафе. Отель небольшой, поэтому каждому гостю уделяют много внимания.|По пунктам:|1. Месторасположение - отель выбирала очень долго, так как у меня инвалидность и передвигаюсь на коляске. Важно, чтобы улица была без крутых склонов и рядом была дорога, к которой может подъехать такси. Здесь все это есть. Поблизости метро с лифтом и трамвай. В пешей доступности магазины, кафе, пункты обмена валют. Отель легко найти, если сказать таксисту - Лалели джамии (мечеть Лалели).|3. Удобства - есть пандус, без перебоев работал лифт на все этажи, включая столовую зону. Коляска легко проходит в лифт и в дверные проемы комнаты. Высокие широкие кровати. Удобная душевая кабина - без ступенек и высоких бортиков с полкой для мыльных принадлежностей, невысокая раковина и туалет с биде. Номера чистые. Убирали каждый день. Мыльные принадлежности и полотенца ежедневно заменяли на новые. Кондиционер, сейф и холодильник работают исправно.|4. Питание - завтрак сытный, после которого ужинали только в 6-7 вечера.|5. Персонал - остались самые лучшие впечатления от работников. Всегда готовы помочь, подсказать. Мы прилетели с опозданием на час, но нас встретили и доставили ночью до места. С утра забыли закрыть сейф с крупной суммой и документами. Возвращаемся вечером - все на месте. Никто ничего не тронул, но навели порядок и заменили полотенца. Были поражены добропорядочностью. Особенно хочу поблагодарить работника ресепшена Fevzi bey. Он всегда искренне помогал нам, даже нашел масло и смазал колеса коляски, когда она начала скрипеть после долгих прогулок. Также спасибо всем ребятам с ресепшена. В день выселения мы спокойно оставили чемоданы в отеле и пошли гулять. Работники отеля разговаривают на турецком и английском, некоторые - на арабском и русском.|6. Контингент отеля - культурные люди, не было никакого шума или неудобств. ||Very good hotel for people with disabilities and for families...
