Stayed at the Queen Hotel for 11 nights with my wife and 3 kids. The hotel is in a great location. Only a 5 minute walk from the Sulaimaniye Mosque, close to loads of restaurants and cafes. And only a 10-15 minute walk from the grand bazaar and more. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful and always smiling. I did have to ask them to change our sheets once and it got done regularly and our room was cleaned regularly. Breakfast was part of the package and was standard but decent. Only thing was the morning reception guy spoke no English, nor did the cleaners. Mortaza who worked at night spoke English and was very helpful. Local small shop owners were so kind and their hospitality was amazing. They appreciate you thanking them in Turkish. Would recommend the hotel. A big thank you to Mortaza. :)
10 Stars for service from the manager to the staff . Jihad and Abdullah were fantastic in fact, all the staff were. I had a bit of a situation with a taxi driver, and they came to my rescue and assisted me. The hotel is so clean that the toilets have a sanitized seal over it. Room is clean and neat kettle ,Tea, coffee even a little bar fridge. Breakfast is decent and has amazing fried onion rings ,cheeses, simit ,olives, etc. A great location close to eminonu, as well as Blue Mosque, grand bazaar, tram, etc Close to many food places as well as shops. Walking distance Very affordable. I'm definitely going back again.
I'm very happy we chose "The Queen" for our stay in Istanbul this time, The people that run the place are so nice and kind, such a welcoming feeling, The hotel is being renovated at the moment so the rooms are new and have a smell of new experiences that I was lucky to enjoy 💙 The Vezneciler area is also a great area - next to the metro station and close to the tram that takes you to the attractions of Istanbul 🇹🇷 Keep up the good work everyone and thank you for having us in this great stay with you! ❣️ Manos and Danaé 🙏🏻

Buona fortuna!!!

The location of the hotel is great as the metro station can be reached with a short walk. The rooms were fine. It seems like they have been renovated recently. However, during our stay, there was no water available in toilets at night, which was bizzare - so we were not able to shower after a long day of sightseeing or even brush teeth at night. The worst thing was that there was no advanced notice on this, and the hotel staff made zero effort to provide alternative solutions. My 5-year-old was covered with soap with no water to clean, and the guy from the reception was like, "What can I do? There is no water in the whole area. ". This was not a one-off issue. This problem occurred on all 3 nights we were there. There was no apology from the hotel either - the situation was handled poorly. Also, there was no room service provided, so the rooms were not cleaned daily. The staff spoke limited english, which also made the communication a bit difficult at times. No parking is available at the hotel, so we had to park nearby and pay around 350 Lira/day - it's something to bear in mind, but this would be the case everywhere in Istanbul.
