I am traveling with 2 other people (my in-laws) and booked a 'King Suite'. After reading the description in Booking.com it was supposed to have 2 separate bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. I emailed them to ask this question specifically. Their reply was that they had a 'master bedroom, children's room, living room and bathroom'. Since im traveling with a couple it was really important for us to have separate rooms. We didnt actually book 2 different rooms because we thought it would be nice to stay in the 'King Suite'. I also asked if it was ok for 3 people to stay in the room (since the booking reservation inly allowed me to put 2 people, and they said it was fine). ||When i got there (at 1130am, when check-in is supposed to be at 11am) 1. The room was not ready, they had not even started cleaning it yet. 2. The very rude man at the reception desk told me I had only reserved for 2 and acted angry about is being 3. 3. He took us to the room after i started getting suspicious about the fact that the 'King Suite' was not what they offered. The room is NOT AT ALL what they advertised. It has one room with a sofa that is supposedly a bed, a very small "master bedroom' with no door to the 'living room' and a bathroom. I told Levent, the man who we talked to, that this is not at all what we asked for and i started looking for the emails we had exchanged to prove it (which was hard as their wifi was terrible) and he started being SUPER RUDE saying telling that that's all they had,that he didn't write that (even though he signs his emails with his name at the bottom) and telling us 'what? You don't fit here? Its not big enough for you?' As if we were being picky about the room! He was not for one second apologetic about ANYTHING. He just kept being very nasty and then kicked us out of the room and told me they were still going to charge my credit card. After i kept complaining and telling him I was NOT going to pay him, he told me that at least i have to pay the first night and taxes....i decided to leave because i was not going to get anywhere talking to this EXTREMELY RUDE man. ||I understand that there might be some confusions when you book a hotel online, but the way this man handled everything and the way he talked to us was unacceptable. It is a shame that we had to run into him after all the extremely nice and helpful Turkish people we have met...

Read moreThe property itself was great, the hotel was carved out of stone and we’ve never seen anything like it. In the mornings when the balloons were in flight it was the most amazing thing I’ve ever seen but this experience you can get from any hotel on the street. Outside of the front desk staff the rest of the staff wasn’t really great in the morning the breakfast buffet staff just stared at us and didn’t even attempt to respond when we tried to ask questions not even to tell us they didn’t speak English.||||||Here’s where everything went wrong - ||The property offered to book us a ballon ride with their own company, upon check in we were told we had to pay with cash and couldn’t use our card. This was fine for us as we had decided to just go to the atm and pay that same night, the two attendants at the front assured us that it wasn’t a problem and we could pay after the ride the next day. The ballon ride was so much fun and so exciting we forgot to stop at the atm, as a matter of fact we forgot totally about payment as the experience had already passed. We stayed at the hotel for one more night and checked out the following morning, the attendants assisted us with getting a transfer to the airport to catch our flight . When we were boarding the flight we received a message via Instagram from one of the attendants reminding us we forgot to make payment, this was fine but as we were boarding the flight there was little we could do at that instant, he requested that we send our card information “via Instagram” for him to charge the “cash only” fees. We informed them that wasn’t an option and we would have to find an alternative solution. The following days we received threats and were harassed by the two attendants and one of their friends, what made it even worst was the communication barrier as they did not speak English very well. ||||We did end up paying as we didn’t have any intention of not paying, but the way they behaved during the time we were trying to find a way to get it done without having to send our card via social media was ridiculous.||||I wouldn’t advise you to stay here or use their ballon service, there are tons of other hotels in the same area with great views and even better staff...
