I recently had the privilege of staying at a local cave house hotel in Turkey, and the experience was absolutely extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was enchanted by the unique charm and cozy ambiance of the cave-like accommodations. The room itself was a blend of modern comfort and ancient aesthetics. The natural stone walls, hand-carved details, and earthy tones created a soothing atmosphere that felt like a true escape from the ordinary. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-appointed the cave room was, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.Waking up each morning was a delight, as I could open the curtains and be greeted by the breathtaking view of the surrounding landscapes. The sunrise over the Cappadocian valleys was a sight to behold, and I often found myself lost in the beauty of it all.The staff at the cave house hotel were warm, attentive, and eager to make my stay memorable. They provided valuable insights into local attractions and activities, ensuring that I made the most of my time in the region. One evening, I had the pleasure of enjoying a traditional Turkish meal in the hotel's cave restaurant, which was an unforgettable culinary journey. While the cave house hotel provided a unique and immersive experience, it was also conveniently located near key attractions. Exploring the ancient cave churches, hiking through the fairy chimneys, and taking a hot air balloon ride were all easily accessible from the hotel.Overall, my stay at the local cave house hotel in Turkey was a captivating and enriching experience. It allowed me to connect with the region's rich history while enjoying modern comforts. If you're seeking a one-of-a-kind getaway that combines culture, comfort, and natural beauty, I wholeheartedly recommend considering a stay at this exceptional...

THE BAD: We had the last available room (# 10) and it was not ideal. Located under the reception/breakfast area it was quite noisy with chairs scraping for breakfast. The bathroom fan was not working so there was some mold on the ceiling. The colour temperature of the light bulbs in the bathroom and bedroom were cold LED which isn’t a vibe. The bedside light lacked a lampshade. A couple lightbulbs were burnt out. There were flies in the room when we got there. The shower drain didn’t work for our first shower and we flooded the bathroom. They fixed this for us but if I had to do it again I would have chosen a different hotel as we found the room to not be up to the rest of the hotel standards. Not sure if the rest of the rooms are like this but this was our experience. If only room #10 is available, try a...
Read moreWe recently stayed at Local Cave Hotel on a girls/cousins trip. The hotel was so adorable and well maintained. Our rooms were so pretty and completely gave us the cave vibe. So much care was taken in planning the hotel with a lot of cute and cozy corners. The staff is probably the highlight of our stay. They are extremely accommodating and went out of their way to make your stay memorable. A special call out to Mohammed! The location is another highlight of the hotel. Both days that we stayed we were able to view the balloons from the viewing decks at the hotel. A short 10 minute walk from the hotel will take you a beautiful sunrise point to view the balloons. There are a multitude of shops and restaurants a short walk from the hotel. The breakfast was exceptional - the flavor, variety and the care with which it was served. And to top it all off, the price point of the hotel is just the icing on the cake. Overall we left Cappadocia with the best memories and Local Cave Hotel had a big role to play in it. Thanks for an...
