Mustafa Bey Konağı — Hotel in Göreme

I checked in to this hotel only because of reviews but to be honest apart from location which is excellent nothing else is great! I have given 5 star to location as it is situated at the best location but apart from that nothing great. Why 1 star ? Very simple I informed them room is very cold and if you can increase the heater they responded yes(it is controlled by them which is really strange). After sometime it was still freezing but what answer i got “Stop pressurizing the reception” building is old and stone and we are doing our best”. This really makes me upset as why someone would like to stay in a cold room. Apart from this - No kettle No toiletries No water bottle - not even 1 which is really weird. Now if we talk about building itself you need to carry ur luggage which is ok as we paid for basic service but staircase full of ice and risky. It is dangerous for anyone and specially if i cannot take stairs please avoid this hotel. I am shocked how rating is high but will not suggest this hotel for families even solo. You can hear people banging door by which my room door was shaking every 10 minutes. You can hear everything from street, people talking etc.

My stay at Mustafa Bey Konağı (Cappadocia, Turkey) was a wonderful experience. First of all, the rooms were brand new, equipped with modern facilities, and extremely clean. The bathroom was also spotless and pleasantly fragrant — something I really appreciated.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. Everything was well-organized, and the housekeeping was done regularly on a daily basis. The rooms had LCD screens, the Wi-Fi speed was excellent, and the internet worked perfectly without any issues.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious and filling. The staff serving breakfast was also very helpful, polite, and always had a smile on their face.

If you’re planning to stay in the Cappadocia area of Turkey, I genuinely recommend Mustafa Bey Konağı. May Allah bless their business with continued...

Fantastic value, located right in the heart of goreme! We stayed in the family room with a big bed and another single bed, was cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but very functional. The best part about the stay were the hosts, they are extremely nice and welcoming. All our requests were met with a smile. The breakfast spread is good as well and Simten goes out of her way to make sure you are well fed.
