1st room we found a wet towel from the previous guest in the dirty closet without hangers. Shower was molded and the shower head was hold together with a grocery bag tied around it.1 Bed was broken my husband woke up with back pain. When we complained the said it was my fault since I booked economy. We got a 60,- euro upgrade to a different room where the shower was only super hot or painful hot. Airco was leaking liters a day we put a bin underneath with a cloth to not hear the dripping after a failed attempt to fix it. The other day it was raining out of the ceiling in the bathroom. They did fix that one. Clothing of the previous guests were there. Centimeters of dust and dirt underneath the bed. At least it hadn't been cleaned for months. We got cockroaches in and outside the room. No service! Had to ask ourselves for new towels and bedsheets in the middle of our 8 night stay. As well as toilet paper. Common areas mouse poop stayed 3 days in the window sill, it could still be there but we left yesterday. Tables and garbage and ashtrays are not being cleaned from the previous days. We did it ourselves along with other Guest. Coffee for me in the morning is important, one day you will get it in a mug and the other day in a tiny cup, after 5 days they tell you you have to pay extra for Americano.. inconsistent. When we refused to pay the 60,- upgrade they wanted to call the cops on us. The personal are nice but act everytime like our or other guest issue as if it's a surprise to them. When other guests leave prior to their actual check out date they are happy to sell the room double. This trip made sure that my Turkish man said that Antalya is dead to him. Change this hotel in a hostel and lower the price since there is no service at all. Patio is beautiful and the pool is nice. Location is good if you want to be in...
Read moreBooked 4 nights, but after 3, we left due to filthy conditions. Day 1: As we walked into the room, saw a cockroach, killed it, and assumed it was a one-off. Told the personal, and they offered an apology. The kettle was not working and rusty on the inside. No tea, coffee, or water. Day 2: After returning from a day out, the room had not been cleaned, nor were the bed sheets changed. We didn't complain and decided to rest and stock the fridge with water and opened it for the first time. It was mouldy and filthy. We didn't complain and just decided to sleep and hoped the next day would be better. Day 3: returned from another day out to our horror the room had not been cleaned yet again and this time I found lots of cockroaches. I tried to hide it from my family and tried to distract them so I could deal with it the following day. I don't like confrontations, but this was really testing my patience. Day 4: Our little of was bitten many times overnight, and this was it. We decided to leave the hotel and after packing up our belonging. I approached the receptionist and advised her to escort me to the room and showed her the filthy conditions. She could only offer an apology and expressed her surprise that the room had not been cleaned. I advised her we were checking out earlier than our booking due to the uninhabitable conditions. Conclusion: paid for 4 nights, stayed for 3. In hindsight, we should have just walked out on the first day, but after a journey of 12 hours, my judgment might have been clouded. No refund or alternative arrangements offered. All in an extremely disappointed and it really ruined our much awaited hard earned...
Read moreOk so the photos online are really deceptive. A wide angled camera lens has been used. The pool is tiny. The rooms are tiny. |Got there and were taken to a room with 2 single beds wedged into a room so tiny, i can only describe it as a prison cell. There was a dirty tiny tiny bathroom. There was no room for suitcases or for 2 people to walk past each other. There were 2 tiny windows that might as well have not been there as they overlooked the hotel courtyard so it was pitch black in the room with no natural sunlight. |My daughter took one look and nearly burst into tears saying i cant stay here, so i went downstairs and asked for a bigger room. The woman just kept saying “standard, standard”. Then a guy called Barish showed me a family room with a double bed and 2 singles. He said that was the only other room available. They charged me an extra £180, which i could ill afford. They claimed it had a balcony but it was literally a tiny wooden platform with 2 plastic chairs and a table. Couldnt even sit there as it overlooked a courtyard where all the staff came for their cigarette breaks. And for that reason also we couldnt open our curtains as everyone looked straight into our room as they sat there. No one cleans your room unless you hand your key to reception as you go out. |Overall a dark and dingy hotel |The only positive thing i can say about this hotel is that it was the...
