Art Deco Central Rooms — Hotel in Lviv Urban Hromada

В цьому готелі у мене вкрали гроші, а саме 100 дол, менеджмент готелю відмовився компенсувати цю суму і, здається, взагалі не повірив, що їх персонал краде гроші, цитую реакцію власниці: "В нас ніколи не було таких випадків і тому в мене нема причин підозрювати та звинувачувати наш персонал, адже вони вже працюють у мене два роки." Але ж такі ситуації, на жаль, завжди можуть трапитись вперше.

Зупинялись з родиною в Art Deco Central Rooms з 29.01.22 по 01.02.22. З собою була певна сума валюти у доларах, всі купюри були номіналом по 100 дол. Оскільки це - невеликий апарт-готель із цілодобовим ресепшн, відеоспостереженням, хоч номери і не оснащені сейфами (хоча вже дивно, чому ні? це загальна практика навіть у багатьох квартир на Airbnb) -тому вирішили, що безпечніше залишити в номері документи та готівку, аби не слідкувати за ними в барах, де вірогодність крадіжки в рази вище, ніж в маленькому готелі із цілодобовим спостереженням.

На наступний день після першого прибирання номера перевірили гроші, все було на місці. А от через два дні під час виїзду і з"ясувалось, що відсутні 100 доларів. Спочатку самі були в шоці, перерахували 10 разів, у нас такого ніколи ще не траплялось, ані закордоном, ані в Україні.

30 хвилин нервів, спілкування із ресепшном та власницею по телефону і у відповідь ми отримали непохитну позицію, що в Art Deco Central Rooms ніколи не крали і не крадуть, і це лише моє слово проти слова їх прибиральниці. Зі слів ресепшионіста, на відео зафіксовано, що доступ до номеру мали тільки я з родиною і прибиральниця. Повірили прибиральниці, а клієнт звісно все видумав :) Думаю, що навмисно взяли тільки 100 доларів, думаючи, що ми не помітимо, що не вистачає однієї бумажки. І дійсно, ми майже не помітили.

Дуже не рекомендую цей "готель", якщо не хочете возити с собою портативний сейф і сподіватись, що у ваших тумбочках не нишпорять поки вас немає. Адже якщо таке станеться із вами, вам також не повірять. Ми з родиною отримали лише зіпсований настрій від самої ситуації та недокомунікацій, що засмутило навіть більше ніж ті викрадені 100 доларів.

Доречі, всі відгуки про відсутність шумоізоляції - абсолютна правда, чутно навіть як приходять смс у сусідній кімнаті за стінкою і можна із легкість відрізнити, коли це Telegram, а коли - What's Up!

Краще триматись подалі від цього місця!

Attention! At this hotel, my money was stolen, namely $100! The hotel management refused to reimburse this amount and did not seem to believe that their staff was stealing money, quoting the owner's reaction: "We have never had such cases and therefore I do not have reasons to suspect and accuse our staff, because they have been working for me for two years. " Unfortunately, such situations can always happen for the first time.

My family and I stayed in Art Deco Central Rooms from 01/29/22 to 02/01/22. I had a certain amount of cash in dollars, all bills were denomination of 100 dollars. Since this is a small apart-hotel with 24/7 reception, video surveillance, we decided it was safer to leave documents and cash in the room even though they were not equipped with safe boxes (btw, it's strange not having safe boxes in this day and age even when every other Airbnb flat offers it!). We did it namely because we were completely sure that it is way secure to keep it inside the hotel room with 24-hour surveillance rather than taking it to the bars where the probability of theft is much higher than in a hotel.

Ha-ha, no guys, we were so ridiculously wrong!!! At this place, you are not safe! Wrapping up: 30 minutes of nerves, poor communication with the receptionist and the owner over the phone, and we received their non-negotiable position that personnel in Art Deco Central Rooms has never stolen anything and this is just my word against the words of their cleaner. No money and a horrible mood instead. Better stay away from Art Deco...

Please set your expectations right. This is not a traditional hotel. This is one of the former apartments in a early 1900 building remodeled and retrofit for several guest rooms. There is no parking. You will have to enter through the door and get to the second floor to get to reception area. Reception is basically one of the rooms adjacent to the bedrooms. There is no breakfast (although there is water and coffee)||||Now the nice things. Location is amazing. Market square is within 3-5 min walking distance. Price is good. Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. They provided list of local restaurants for breakfast (the closest is just across the street), and assisted with calling the cab. Rooms are decent size. Bed is comfy. Shower/bathroom is new and is ok comparing to similar hotels in Europe. I wasn't bothered by noise...

I was wondering to have a great big room with huge bad, light window and nice location closed to city center and just for 35€ per night! Everything is super new and so clean!||||The big plus, that in the building there are lift, so you don't need to care your staff to the second floor by your own.||||The receptionist was so kind and helps me to find the number to order some food to the hotel.||||Also we get free coffe unlimited, reception 24/7 and good WiFi connection!||||I will definitely reccomend this hotel to...
