I stayed at Al Rawda Arjaan by Rotana Hotel for 4 nights, and my experience was truly amazing! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome. Special thanks to Edward, Shinkar, Mustafa, and Ali—they are incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. They don’t just treat you as a guest, they treat you like family, which made my stay even more special.

The housekeeping team also deserves recognition, especially Indra (if I got the name right). She always carried such positive energy, was cheerful, and made sure my room was spotless every day. The room itself was cozy, comfortable, and had such a superb ambiance—I absolutely loved it!

Another big plus was the in-room kitchen and washing machine, which were so convenient and made my stay much easier.
