I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent bad and disappointing experience I had at Milestone Coffee Shop at Al Wahda Mall today ( Friday Nov 15 2024) around 4pm which I truly believe warrants the attention if your management.
As a loyal customer who has frequented your establishment three times a week for quite some time, I was deeply embarrassed by the behavior of one of your staff members, particularly the supervisor (MR DAVID AMPORIAS) during our last visit. I was rushed and made to feel uncomfortable when I was not given sufficient time to decide on my order. Instead of allowing me to take my time as a paying customer, I was repeatedly interrupted with requests from other staff members asking if I was ready to order—despite not having had enough time to even look at the menu.
What upset me further was the rudeness displayed during this interaction. I understand that the café can get busy, but as a loyal customer, I did not expect to be treated in such an inconsiderate manner. It left me feeling embarrassed and unappreciated, especially considering my regular visits to your café.
As a result of this experience, I am regrettably reconsidering my patronage at Milestone. I have always enjoyed the atmosphere and service in the past, but this recent incident has left me questioning my decision to continue visiting. I have even shared my experience with my colleagues and advised them to consider other coffee shops in the area, as there are many alternatives that offer a more welcoming and relaxed environment.
I hope you can address this matter and ensure that future customers do not have similar experiences. Good customer service is vital to maintaining a loyal customer base, and I trust you will take the necessary steps to improve the overall experience at your coffee shop.

As regular customers, my family and I have always enjoyed your service, but this particular experience left us frustrated and disrespected.
During this visit, I asked my relative to go ahead and wait for me while I was in a meeting. While she was waiting, the supervisor kept looking over at her and repeatedly sent staff members to her table with the menu. Initially, someone handed her the menu to scan, but despite that, the supervisor continued to send others to ask why she had not ordered yet. There were very few customers in the shop at the time, so his insistence felt unnecessary and intrusive.
What made this even more disappointing was the supervisor’s attitude, which came across as rude and impatient. His behavior made my relative feel uncomfortable and pressured, and it was clear he was bothered by her not ordering immediately. As a regular customer, I found this level of service not only unprofessional but also disrespectful.
I believe this individual’s behavior reflects poorly on your establishment. He does not appear to possess the customer service skills required for a supervisory role. I strongly feel that he should undergo additional training on how to engage with customers in a courteous and respectful manner. Moreover, given his attitude, I believe he may not be suited for his current position and should be reassessed accordingly.
