Tim Hortons - Al Wahda Mall — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Initially ordered a strawberry tim coolers plus using a voucher in exchange for a free donuts without any issues however by the time I came back to buy another beverages, a guy name "DEEPAK" asked me "who owns the voucher''?? in a very doubtful inaudible and very unprofessional way , how come I was asked by who owned a voucher???? I told him its from a friend of mine who gave it and promoted Tim Hortons for a free donuts (worth 6 aed). In fact, no resolution to end this concerns in a right way as he didn't explained the reason behind. FYI, Im a valued and loyal customer of Tim Hortons who had this terrible and bad experienced today. I hope the management would get to know about this and the staff needs to be train on how to deal with customer on a professional manner and a better way to appropriately approached...

Seen a bad service by the staff or manager. Too bad.. He is rude and need to brush up his customer service skills. Being in customer service job is not only how you do the technical job of making coffee and serve it to guests. Instead of being discreet, he was raising his voice, doing hand gestures to the other table as they were not ordering yet and they were saving seats. We have seen and overheard their talks as we were sitting on the other side. We were all quiet listening to them. He could have handled it well to be honest. There is no language barrier as they both speak in understandable way but I feel the staff want to show that he has the upper hand. Poorly done.

Observation and...

I seated on the corner seat to feed my baby for few minutes to occupied the seat unfortunately with different brand coffee(I know I should not drink different brand) but the worst thing is, one of their philipines staff very rude behavior to come up and asking to leave. Well I told him in couple of minutes I will. similarly I did that , while leaving he passes unfavorably smile and same him senior (may be) tried to defend his unethical behavior. Boss this is UAE and you have to respect each and every individual…..hope somebody will do something about their act. Highly not...
