Today we faced bad experience from their three staffs. I think one of them was new member so it's okay, if not because of him they will loss more customer. And another two are very soft in tiktok but it's real they treat us like a beggar. We faced three bad experience within 30 minutes and started from order taking.
One guy coming to us for order taking and go I think he don't know about menu, may be hw is new to the shop.
He go and tell to his colleagues for taking the order from us but no one responding and no one come to us
Finally one guy come they take orders and give us starter and the soup was very nice we asked them for again. He go there to take the soup but they never come back 🤣. It's okay for us may be it's can't afford. But at least he can say sorry we don't have or something
Then the final issue was very painful and insulting we order 2 biriyani, 3 porotta and 2 rice puttu. Then mutton kuruma also. After eating biriyani one guy ask for extra rice they give another guy ask for extra rice then the guy suddenly told we will charge for extra rice. Usually there is no charge for extra rice but they will change their policy according to person I think. I'm concluding this review because it's going very long, it's really very bad experience from that shop and I will not go there any more ഒരു മാതിരി...
Read moreI recently visited this establishment enticed by the promise of affordable Indian cuisine featuring a diverse menu that includes both Chinese and vegetarian options. The availability of washrooms, including a shared toilet, adds to the convenience factor.
Kudos to the place for offering a variety of dishes at budget-friendly prices; however, I must address a notable concern regarding cleanliness standards. This issue became apparent in the paratha or bread basket, as evidenced by the attached photo. The lack of thorough cleanliness was disappointing and had a noticeable impact on the overall dining experience.
I believe that a bit more attention to cleanliness would significantly enhance the appeal of this place. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that every aspect of the dining experience aligns with the potential suggested by the menu and atmosphere.
On a positive note, I appreciate the effort put into offering a diverse range of dishes at affordable prices. Personally, I frequent this place for the samovar. While I've observed that the staff uses hand gloves, a concern arises as they seem to not change the gloves regularly.
Despite these setbacks, with some improvements, this place holds the potential to become a go-to spot for those seeking a blend of Indian and...
Read moreAs a filipino who loves to be a diverse food loving family. I would say dining here with a few amount of people is great and amazing.
Food: Butter chicken: it ranked now as my 2nd favourite butter chicken destination! It comes with a secret spicy kick after a while, and the butter was totally there dripping on my tongue down to my throat.
Green chilli grilled chicken: It lacks a bit of saltiness, all I taste was the bitterness of the spices at hand, im not sure if it should taste like that but i still have a cafeteria who caters my standard on taste for such item however, my wife finished everything which is very picky on her food.
Service: They gave welcome drinks, which only hotels and high-priced restaurants do. A complimentary 2 packs of kubos, and this new guy trying his best to do his work quite well and a senior staff teaching him how to do things is what comraderie is supposed to be.
Atmosphere: It was night and hot outside, so the place is quite stiff and crowded inside, yet the waiters were accommodating and at full focus on customer service.
We were curious before due to its long line a few months ago, so we tried to have a taste on their services and products. I must say... kudos to everyone inside. I hope you will do the same when...
