The promote things that never exists. We came twice this week for the oyster evening: yesterday they had a private event — it wasn’t announced anywhere, but ok. I’ve asked the waiter if they are going to have oyster night next day and he confirmed me that. Next day we came. First of all no one welcomed us. There were some people busy with their staff and no one even came out to say hello. So, we went to the staff room to find anyone!🤯 Then we were informed that they are having private event ant 8pm again! And again no information about it in social media at all. It was 7:15, so, we thought that we have some time and decided to have a sit. Place was empty and only 1 table was occupied. We chose a table and then I saw that pillows on the sofa were extremely dirty. The place is new and they have dirty pillows?! Then we asked about oysters and waiter told us that they finished! That the only 1 table with 2 ladies finished all the oysters! Again: place was empty! So, they promote things that never exists! Thanks god that we came without friends. Disappointed with the service at the Deck.

We were there for the ladies night last Saturday. The lady who was serving us had a bad attitude and the manager was even worse , they simply didnt care about their customers, shruuged their shoulders to show that they didnt care about thier customers feedback. Take it or leave iit attitude. When we tried to order Proseco as advertised, they casually infomred us they have run out of Proseco and we have to settle with something else.

The salad they served was even worse, two large whole lettuce on a plate with dressing and a couple of chicken pieces on the side .

Worse customer service , bad attitude of the two female staff on duty that night and definitely not abiding by their advertisement. Check before you go...

2 weeks ago I had a very disappointing experience at the Beach Deck restaurant. I ordered a risotto with pork, and it was by far the worst I have ever tasted. The food quality was extremely low and did not justify the price at all. They charged me 100 dirhams (approximately $27 USD), which is exorbitant for what I received. Additionally, there were extra charges of 30 dirhams ($8.17 USD) for a very small bottle of water, a 5% tax (5 dirhams, $1.36 USD), a service charge of 10.53 dirhams ($2.87 USD), and a municipal fee of 7.37 dirhams ($2 USD).
