We attended this skypool in 2023 when it was Tonino Lamborghini and loved it. Now back in Dubai, we were keen to return to what is now Chinawhite. Unfortunately we were left very disappointed; on comparison, the customer service, facilities and layout were so much better previously. Previously the staff were attentive and friendly- ensuring the floor was dry after you came out from the pool, cleaning your sunglasses, ice lollies provided and even sunscreen. Now the staff just want to get you your next drink. The WiFi did not work, the music was so loud I couldn’t hear the waiter, never mind my partner speak. It was advertised that a DJ would be there but there wasn’t. No access to the previous bar/ restaurant area with burj al Arab views, looked like workmen were in that area. We did order a pizza, which was very good. On leaving, we were settling our bill with cash, the staff member advised he had no change and stated we therefore couldn’t get our change.
