firstly, if you position yourself as a cafe that serves guests outside the hotel, you need to pay attention first of all to those who pay or make a counter and service for people who pay and want to order, and in the morning you don’t understand the cafe at all you or a breakfast establishment for hotel residents. No one can normally take an order and serve just a minimally funny “coffee and croissant” order, which you still serve the same one that you give hotel guests a small cup of coffee and a ridiculously small croissant, for which we still pay. It was not like I saw a bunch of people during the daytime, but your staff is always fussing, confusing orders and us people who are in a hurry and want to eat quickly have to pay for your mistake, wait «three hours» for one order, and even pay extra for that you mixed up the order and walked all day with a spoiled mood! Have been visiting this place for dinner buffet and it was very delicious- they had salads, fresh grills, sweets, as a customer I was satisfied. But lunch…while another story… Unfortunately, both salad and coffee I’ve ordered were disappointing. The vegetables in the salad were carelessly chopped, and there was almost no sauce, which made it even less enjoyable. The only reason I finished my meal was that I was really hungry.
