The swimming pool is a standout—spacious, family-friendly, and impeccably maintained. For food lovers, the breakfast is a 5/5 experience, with a chef who goes above and beyond to personalize dishes and ensure every craving is met. Kudos to the culinary team for making mornings memorable!
The wellness facilities also shine: the gym is well-equipped, and the jacuzzi area, paired with a serene view and adjacent to the massage zone, offers a peaceful retreat. The inclusion of a sauna and steam room in the changing rooms adds to the luxury.
The Downside: A Disconnect Between Brand Promise and Reality However, my experiences were marred by inconsistent service from the management and staff. As a Diamond status member (nearing lifetime status), I’ve come to expect certain standards of recognition and hospitality, especially after being a repeat guest. Unfortunately, the duty managers and some staff fell short of professionalism. Promises of upgrades, personalized touches, or even basic acknowledgment of my loyalty status were repeatedly made but never fulfilled. This lack of follow-through left me feeling undervalued and frustrated.
While the hotel’s physical amenities deserve a 10/10, the disconnect between its luxurious offerings and the service quality from management was jarring. If you’re a loyal elite member or expect preferential treatment, this might not be the experience you hope for.

At check-in, Maurice, the front desk manager, took excellent care of us. She was honest, thoughtful, and helped us choose a beautiful room overlooking the creek based on our preferences. She also went above and beyond by sharing local recommendations, not just for Dubai, but beyond. Maurice was kind enough to invite us to the first day of Iftar dinner and even made reservations for us, the gesture alone truly made us feel happy. Her enthusiasm for customer service truly stands out, and I want to acknowledge that.
During Iftar, Anwar took great care of us, answering our questions about the menu, serving us promptly, and engaging in a wonderful conversation about the religious significance of the tradition. Chef Sinan worked his magic with the grills and the entire menu. Not only is he incredibly skilled, but he also has a warm and kind-hearted personality. The member-exclusive happy hours were a lovely touch, offering a selective range of organic wines instead of some cheap variants, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast spread was also impressive, featuring healthy options, fresh fruits, freshly squeezed juices, coffee, and a variety of continental and regional specialties.
Our suite was furnished with thoughtful amenities and had a stunning skyline view over the Creek. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a high-quality mattress and feather/down pillows, embodying the signature Hilton touches. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping our room spotless.
The B3 concierge team was excellent in arranging transportation, given the slightly tricky location of the hotel. We particularly appreciated their help in securing an early morning cab at 5:30 AM. David from the team was especially kind and assisted us with our luggage. The entire hotel was quite well maintained, including the spa, sauna areas, and gym.
