Bayside Lodge / Elkins Lodge — Hotel in Great Britain

The hotel room that myself and my husband were in it had cobwebs all round the ceiling the cornices above the woodwork were filthy owner said cleaner could not reach them this was a lie as i reached it and iam only 5ft 3in and managed to wipe top of cornice and the sponge i used was filthy and have photos to prove it. They had dirty mark on duvet cover owner said it was laundered and valance sheet dirty with dark stains and fag burn. All surfaces were filthy top of pictures as well net curtain and window was filthy and broken handle on window sockets were a fire hazard not fixed on properly on wall. There was a long hair on stand where lamp sits and mirrors and all glass were filthy behind sink in bathroom had stained marks on floor the shower curtain at the bottom had mildew all along it and towel rail was loose. Light in bathroom was full of dead flies and extractor fan was full of dust socket on other side of wall had no on or off switch and toilet brush was filthy. There was a water tank in the room and we could not come in the front door of the hotel as it had scaffolding in front of the building. So overall it was a very horrible experience for myself and my DISABLED husband not to mention that we had to leave a day earlier than planned as we felt physically sick and the whole room made our skin crawl. I myself find this whole hotel out of the hotels we have stayed in Blackpool over nearly 20 years the VERY WORST HOTEL EVER TO HAVE STAYED IN. Why cant a hotel that has over 20 rooms keep it clean and tidy as I have 3 daughters and a full time carer and have a 3 bedroom house to keep clean and do this to my...

Well when looked on internet it said free parking???? No Parkin at all for this place??? It said late bar??? No bar at all?? Asked about football?? No!! No bar no tele with football basically if ya just want bed for night then yes cause ya get nothing else not even reception to book in had to ask guests walk-in out how to check in???
