Bramblewood Cottage — Hotel in Great Britain

Just returned from another lovely break in Keswick. Steph and Steve looked after us wonderfully well as they always do. We were lucky to stay in room 6 a lovely large,light room, wonderfully decorated and tastefully furnished. The room has a table and chairs in the bay window.The view is stunning over the park to the hills beyond. Over the years we have enjoyed staying in all the rooms upstairs ,each individually decorated and tastefully furnished. Breakfast is beautifully cooked by Steph,loads of choice on the buffet.I always have the full English ,my wife enjoys the buffet. Both very tasty and very healthy portions . There are some specials for breakfast too. If you stayed for a full week you could enjoy something different every day.

Reading the scores of wonderful reviews,I was very disappointed with a review from the Wilson family.I can only describe this as a true work of fiction !! .And would urge anyone to completely disregard it.

Steph and Steve are wonderful hosts and nothing is ever too much bother for them. Bramblewood is a spotless, comfortable place to stay and very reasonably priced. We will be back in the spring...

We stayed at Bramblewood in October'24, along with our daughter and fiancé. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the whole Customer experience to be excellent. The booking process was seamless with lots of communication from our hosts. The option to reserve a parking space is a great addition to their service, especially at such a reasonable cost and also because street side parking can and usually is very busy.

The facilities and rooms are great; comfortable, clean and well thought out.

The breakfast room, quality and choice of breakfast is first class.

Lastly, the conviviality shown by our hosts Steph & Steve is wonderful and we commend them for that. Nothing is too much trouble and they are full of local knowledge and advice.

Overall, a wonderful stay and we plan to return and have been very happy to recommend Bramblewood to family...
