Pleasant atmosphere, helpful nice staff. Comfi table and chairs we were seated by the window. There is plenty of place, they have table outside (you can sit with dog outside, because NOT DOG allowed inside, what i understand), so don't be outraged if they say: sorry no dog. They have tables downstairs and some upstaires. Toilette is clean and tidy, you have to go down in the basement on stairs, not wheelchair option to go to the toilette. They have various wine selection, and some thai beer, draft beer and in bottle too. We tried the drafted Singha, it was a nice, smooth one as a Peroni or Morietti. We chose for starter prawn crackers and garlic spare ribs. It was great for two of us. Main menu was Red curry with prawn and Penang curry with beef. In the red curry was enough big-king prawn (usually if you ask somewhere prawn something food you can not find too much in it), so here that was good, the taste was very delicious a bit somehow sweetie, but was really great and we asked medium spicy. The penang, i was really happy to have it, i asked medium spicy too. That was a different more stronger more herbs and salt character one. And i think to choose with beef was the best. Beef was not chewy, it was well cooked, great taste. Portions were good and enough. We had still coconut rice and sticky rice. Sticky rice was for me just enough amount (but i loved it, that is what i can not do at home), coconut rice was in a nice big bowl, so was enough. I think the price is in the average - as every other restaurant. Prawn crackers was £3.50, ribbs £6 (but as i said we could share both), and main course £11.50 or if you asked with seafood £14. Rice maybe £3.50. I do not remember of the beer price but i think 1 pint about £5 what is again, now it is an average price everywhere. Oh important no spicy rates at the food (i missed it, as i know long long time ago they put the pepper sign behind the food name), so just when you read the food description you can see that it is spicy. But ask the staff, they are helpful and try to find the best for you. And, you can have a request how spicy you would like the food - mild, medium, strong or you can ask on the real thai way too i suppose, but i am sure i could not eat that. 🤣 You will see that most of the staff are thai and the chefs too. I think it is important. So, i recommend this restaurant for a nice thai food in a nice pleasant environment. This worth the money to try it. But book a table, not sure you can walk in, especially not in the dinner time, they are open from 5pm. We went there to 5:30pm and almost every table was full.

Visited this evening for some food after walking up Scafell Pike. Initial encounter was good and we ordered drinks which arrived fairly promptly. We then ordered starters and mains. The starters arrived in fairly good time but once they arrived it was as if we were forgotten. It seems they lock you in to your meal and then attempt to cater for as many tables as possible with too few staff. We had to ask for our mains twice which were eventually delivered after over an hour wait. After our meal we had to again ask on multiple occasions for the bill. It got to the stage where we were prepared to leave without paying as it didn't seem a priority to that business to collect the money but simply waste our evening. We did end up paying. It left a bad taste in our mouth as the food was up to standard, the initial encounter with the waitress was good, but the wait once we were locked in to dine was unacceptable. They need either more staff or less tables.

The starters were so so. Sweetcorn cakes were very sticky and chewy in mouth. Main meal was good .broccoli noodles, chilli and holy basil chicken and cashewnut chicken were all flavoursome. We probably were the last customers at this place. The service was slow probably due to it being a bank Holiday weekend. The owner seemed more stressed than the table staff and was not hesitant to show her emotions. When we were having the dinner the owner had disagreement with some customers and she was prepared to go on top of her voice to show displeasure with them not considering the other customers who were still eating. I will give full marks and applause to the young girl who handled the situation diplomatically and professional. I must say that on busy days they should let the customers know waiting times so they can decide to wait or go somewhere else. Overall the mains food quality was good and I do recommend to give it a try if you are in the area.

With this restaurant I really don’t know where to start. My visit there in a busy Saturday night felt like I was a protagonist in Gordon Ramsay show, everything was going wrong. The food was average with the sticky rice that we ordered to be that sticky that it was impossible to be eaten. However, the food was not as much as a problem in comparison with the horrible service. The staff seem to be totally unorganised with zero training. So let’s give you some examples. They placed us on a table and 10 minutes later a waitress came to ask if we were ready to order but guess what we did not have any menu to look at. When we finally had the menu and order the food we had to wait quite a long time but they kindly offer us some prawn crackers on the house which was nice of them. When the food came, we have to ask for a napkin since we didn’t have any on the table: guess what? They gave us only one napkin so we had to ask again. We ask also for chopsticks and they brought us again only a pair of them at that point we did not ask for an extra one since we were tired of asking things and we were a bit tired with the communication. At the end we ask for the bill, nobody came to take the money from our table so we went to pay to the cash point however they did not know how to open it in order to give us our chains and a receipt and we had to wait for 10 minutes to open it. In overall I had the feeling that this restaurant had just open that’s why the staff was so unorganised, however I find it really unprofessional to open a restaurant without providing a basic training...

Starting with the good - the food was excellent. We began with the beef ribs, which were the only ordinary tasting thing we ordered. For mains we shared chicken cashew nut and chicken Panang curry, accompanied with 1 serve of coconut rice and 1 egg fried rice.

Despite the delish meals, the service was terrible. Our order was taken quickly and starters+drinks arrived in good time but that's the last we saw of any service for another hour. We never got given plates for the starters or mains, no water top ups, nobody checking in, nobody asking if we wanted another drink. No apologies from staff. No music playing for ambiance, though we were placed at a table next to the shouting in the kitchen, so that's ambiance of sorts I guess. To top it off nobody came to clear away mains and take desert orders or even come to give us our bill.

We ended up walking downstairs to the till where our waiter was having a chat with a mate instead of serving anyone, and the other waiter was just standing there, not listening orders to clear plates. Another patron came up and complained to our waiter that he was never given the bill, which seemed to snap the waiter back into "oh yeah, I'm at work" mode. The lady working out our bill, tapped away at the till, then redid it on a calculator.

So all in all, if you want a great meal, have time to kill and only want bare minimum service, this is the...
