Heavenly Outlook — Hotel in Great Britain

I recently stayed at a lovely Heavenly Outlook in Scarborough with my mum, and we couldn’t have had a better experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at ease. The owner, Martin, is an exceptionally kind and intelligent man — you can tell he genuinely cares about his guests and puts great effort into making everyone’s stay comfortable and memorable. The place itself was spotless, cozy, and full of character. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it had a real home-from-home feeling! Beds were very comfortable and shower was very good, complimentary tea and coffee is the room was a nice touch. Location is absolutely great, 10-15 minutes walking to all major attractions. Martin was always happy to offer helpful advice on places to visit and eat, and his recommendations were spot on. Whilst the owner when he met us advised the property was a working progress, I would advise he considers doing the work before he continues to let as a b&b - the public areas are very tired and smelt extremely musty, there was no lights on the stairs that led to the bedrooms so dangerous when coming in at might. The outside of the building really does need smartening up. The bedroom we stayed in whilst was ok was very noisy due to being on the road and was only single glazed, every thing was tired and needed upgrading smartening up also. The owners are very welcoming and made me and my family feel like we were at home, the room was a lovely size, it didn't have a TV but we brought our own so that was not a problem, it doesn't do food but there are a lot of places to eat and they have a table and chairs in the bnb to sit and eat at, the location is fabulous, the town is a 10 minute walk, the beach is to the back of the property also around 10 minutes, the room and shower room were spotless and there were also antibacterial wipes and gel in the room, we will be...
