Dahlia Bakery — Restaurant in England

I came here this morning with my mum and purchased rocky road and brownies. They were delicious. However, the service was quite poor. Me and my mum are quite indecisive when it comes to ordering food, so we were deciding what to get for a few minutes. It was clear that the staff were agitated when we asked them questions about the food, evident when they gave each other a look as if saying "here we go again". When we did eventually order, the total came out as £10.60. My mum gave the lady £21, asking for £10.40 back. To many, this should be simple maths. However, the lady gave us £8.40 for some reason. My mum kindly explained to her that she gave her £21 and simply wishes for her £10.40 change. However, this lady doubled down, saying that my mum gave her £11. How could this be the case if she gave us £8.40 change? She eventually gave us the £10.40. It is sad to know that people can't do simple maths and it is for a fact that me and my mum will never...

I went on a Saturday morning, be aware anytime after lunch thr selection does become limited. I had 2 types of quiche, both lovely, scone with jam and cream gorgeous. 3 salad items.
